By creating an account or using Plantlyzer you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Plantlyzer provides AI-assisted plant identification, diagnosis, care guidance and community features. Results are provided for informational purposes and may occasionally be inaccurate; use your judgement and consult a professional for valuable or rare plants.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your password secure. Free plans include limited daily AI usage; paid plans add capacity as described on the pricing page.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload illegal or harmful content, harass community members, scrape the service, or attempt to disrupt its operation. Community posts you share remain yours, but you grant us a license to display them within the app.
5. Subscriptions & refunds
Paid memberships renew as selected at checkout and can be cancelled anytime from Settings. Refunds may be considered within statutory limits.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced in the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
