What are AI points?
One point = one plant identification or one diagnosis. Points reset every night at 12:00 AM IST.
Which plans include the AI Plant Buddy?
The AI Plant Buddy — your 24/7 AI chat botanist — is included with the Quarterly and Yearly plans. Monthly and Free members still get the AI Support assistant for account and help questions, plus their daily identify and diagnose points.
Can Free members post in the Community?
Yes and no — browsing, reading and liking posts are free for every signed-in member. Sharing your own posts and writing comments requires any paid plan (Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly).
What is the difference between Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly?
Every paid plan unlocks unlimited plants, insect identification, the light meter, community posting and an ad-free experience. They differ in daily AI points (5 / 7 / 10), total cost (Quarterly saves 33%, Yearly saves 44%) and extras: the AI Plant Buddy chat comes with Quarterly and Yearly, and Yearly adds early access to new features.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Which payment methods are supported?
Razorpay checkout supports cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets (INR).
How many plants can I add to My Plants?
Free members can keep up to 3 plants with watering and fertilizing reminders. All paid plans lift the limit to 999 plants and unlock the analytics dashboard.
Do unused AI points roll over to the next day?
No — your daily allowance (3 on Free, 5 on Monthly, 7 on Quarterly, 10 on Yearly) is refreshed at 12:00 AM IST and unused points expire at the reset.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — pick a different plan anytime from this page. Upgrades apply right away, so you immediately get the higher daily points and the extras of the new tier.
What happens to my plants if I downgrade or cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your collection, reminders and history stay safe — if you return above the Free plant limit the extra plants are simply hidden, not removed, and everything comes back the moment you resubscribe.
How do I get help with billing or my account?
Open a ticket from the Support page — the team answers questions about payments, invoices, plan changes and anything else, usually within one business day.
