Dwarf Banana Tree
Musa acuminata 'Dwarf Cavendish' / Musa 'Super Dwarf Cavendish'
📖 About this plant
A fast-growing tropical plant that brings an instant jungle feel to any indoor space. The Dwarf Cavendish produces enormous paddle-shaped leaves unfurling from a central pseudostem. In optimal conditions, it can produce edible bananas, though indoor yields are typically small. Each pseudostem fruits once and then dies back, replaced by new pups. A dramatic, sculptural plant.
