Miltonia
Miltonia spp. and Miltoniopsis hybrids
📖 About this plant
Known as ‘pansy orchids’ for their large, flat, rounded flowers that closely resemble garden pansies in shape and pattern. The fragrant blooms appear in shades of white, pink, red, purple, and yellow, often with contrasting watercolor-like patterns, masks, and halos. Unlike many orchids, Miltonias prefer cooler, shadier conditions and more consistent moisture. Their charming, cheerful flowers and delightful fragrance make them irresistible to collectors.
